Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Rolland Resources, Will Cullen served in various capacities for FourPoint Energy beginning in 2016 as a Vice President LongPoint Minerals and Business Development. Prior to FourPoint, Cullen served in various capacities for Shell beginning in 2007. Before his career with Shell, he owned and operated Highland Minerals & Royalties and was in Institutional Sales with Petrie Parkman.  He holds a BFA degree from Montana State University and an MBA and an MS degree in Finance from the University of Denver.​

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to Rolland Resources, Jacques White served as Drilling Manager at 1876 Resources beginning December 2023. Prior to 1876, Jacques served as a Drilling Engineer for Tap Rock Resources I & II from Fall of 2021, until the successful sale and transition of the assets to Civitas Resources in February of 2024.  Before Tap Rock, Jacques worked with QEP Resources from January 2015 until the successful sale to Diamondback Energy, Inc. in July 2021.  At QEP, Jacques served in various Operational and Drilling Engineering roles in the Williston, Haynesville, Permian, Uintah, and GGRB Basins beginning in January of 2015.  Jacques received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a Geology Minor from the University of Wyoming in December of 2014. 

Chief Commercial Officer

Prior to founding Rolland Resources, Cody worked in the Oil and Gas industry for 8 years as a Landman for Noble Energy in the DJ Basın. He currently owns and Operates the Ball Ranch along with several other businesses in Northern Colorado. He is a fourth-generation rancher who believes that the oil and cattle industries, when managed properly, can thrive together. He holds a BS degree from the University of Northern Colorado.

General Council/Govt Regulatory Affairs

Cory has been working in the Oil and Gas industry for over 10 years. Before joining Rolland Resources, He wore several different hats for Total Directional Services including General Counsel and Director of Sales for the Western Division. Prior to that, Cory worked as a Prosecutor in Denver, CO. Cory also operates a non-profit (501 3 c) that he founded at the beginning of Russia’s large scale invasion into Ukraine. He holds a BS degree and JD from the University of Wyoming and is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.

Senior Geologist

Prior to joining Rolland Resources, Riley Brinkerhoff helped found HIVE Partners and Duchesne River Resources, both focused on Uinta horizontal developments.  In 2024, he raised $30 MM and spearheaded the successful Upper Cube NE extension.  Prior to HIVE, Riley served as exploration manager for WEM beginning in 2019, raising $550 MM for various Uinta Basin developments, most particularly as the exploration geologist in 130 play-expanding wells in five distinct target horizons.  Before WEM, he worked as an asset and BD geologist at Newfield, SM Energy and QEP.  He started his career at BP America. Riley holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in geology from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
